Overview
Hanas New Energy is a low-carbon and renewable energy producer, which generates power from multiple wind farms, and distributes natural gas and LNG in China’s far northern province of Ningxia.
Utilising the best in European expertise and technologies, Hanas is in the vanguard of the sustainable energy production sector in the country. For years, Hanas has operated the most efficient LNG liquefaction plant in China.
In the Ningxia capital Yinchuan (and in nearby Inner Mongolia), Hanas is “Empowering China’s Energy Transformation”.
Digital Tsunami Creative Director, Andrew W Morse selected and briefed photographer Derryck Menere to capture the people, resources and textures of Hanas on multiple locations in and around Yinchuan. The evocative and powerful images were utilised in store, online and in print, to promote the corporation’s adherence to safety, efficiency and environmental health.
