All webservers and mailservers are operating normally.
Regular maintenance to analyse and upgrade software and hardware is currently being conducted.
There should have no detectable impact on service, as load-balancing is delivered by integral redundancy through the multi-HDD of the RAID arrays.
Emergency Maintenance. An unscheduled incident is currently affected one or all of:
- Dedicated Client servers
- Dedicated Linux servers
- Dedicated Windows servers
- Mail servers
Our highest priority is the earliest restoration of the server/s. Technical Support and Data Centre technicians are currently diagnosing the cause and rectifying the issue.
Once service has been restored, the cause diagnosed, log files reviewed and the circumstances assessed, an Incident Report will be published.
